Immediately Following the conclusion of the worship service on October 6, 2019, We will assemble in a called member's meeting for 5 specific motions.. They Are
1. Vote on proposed new Constitution for Poquoson Baptist Church.
2. IF the vote on the constitution is approved there will be 4 additional motions we will vote on. They are
a. Affirm John Rogers as Elder
b. Affirm Mike Klaassen as Elder
C. Affirm Mike Lindell as Elder
d. Affirm Bubba Jones as Deacon of Finance
This is a critical meeting, please be present if at all possible. This is a called meeting, with these specific tasks, no discussions, no questions or other motions, as we have had these matters before us since July 28, 2019 members meetings. Voting will be by secret ballot.
