Get ready for this Sunday by reading Acts 3:1-4:31. This Sunday we’ll learn about God’s Wonder-Working Power from the story of a lame man healed by Peter and John.
If you haven’t been joining us for our evening service at 6PM would you consider making it a priority? Let me give you two main reasons why I think it’s important. First, it really is a family time at PBC. The service is more informal and allows a bit more time for fellowship. And it’s in this service where we strive to obey our calling to “bear one another’s burdens” by praying for one another (Galatians 6:2). Second, join us to support some of our men who are seeking to grow as teachers of God’s Word. This Sunday night we’ll hear a devotional sermon from Jeff Rathbone on Deuteronomy 18:15-19.
Here’s a few specific ways to prepare for Sunday:
1) Pray and ask God to work in you for His glory.
2) Read and meditate on Acts 3:1-4:31, our text for Sunday’s sermon.
3) This Sunday we’ll be praying for the nation of Mongolia. Learn how to pray for them personally here.
4) Below are the songs we’ll be singing on Sunday. Click on the links to learn any you don’t know so you’re prepared to sing.
I look forward to worshiping with you on Sunday!!!
